Should we focus on the development of solar energy system?

Basically, the solar energy system is the process of generating some energy into electricity for being used at houses, offices, industries, and many more by capturing the sunlight as the source of energy. Some of people in the world have been using it as alternative energy instead of fossil fuels and coals. As we know, fossil fuels and coals are exhaustable and non-renewable resources. If we use them frequently, they will definitely be depleted. According to Oliver (2007), the fossil fuels only can be reproduced in the next 5 billion years or more and we absolutely do not have much time to wait for that. This case makes most of people concern about and then, they attempt to find another energy in which could generate it into the electricity. Solar energy is the best way to make it through and it can help everyone as the fossil fuels run out. In the other side, the solar energy can be reproduced and recyclable. This is the reason why most of people prefer use solar energy rather than another energy. Although, the solar energy system is renewable energy, but we oppose this motion, because the solar energy brings more harm such as expensive, unable in unstable weather, and unsafe.

One of disadvantages of solar energy is making of this thing need a lot of money and absolutely it will make some economic problem. Let us take some example, if we buy one solar panel which costs about USD 20, but in this case, one solar panel is not much sufficient. At least, we need 10-20 panels to generate some energy into electricity for one house only. So, it means that we have to pay about USD 200 - 400 for all of them. Arccording to Whitburn ( 2012 ), the sun’s energy a solar panel can convert into electrical energy is around 22%. This means that a fairly vast amount of surface area is required to produce adequate electricity. Three-quarters of the energy is being wasted, because the efficiency limit of a solar cell is fundamentally limited by its material properties. The semiconductor material in a solar cell can only absorb light with a certain amount of energy which is called the band gap. However, Sunlight spans a range of energies. Light with energy lower than the band gap cannot be absorbed by the solar cell, and light with energy a lot higher than the band gap is more than the solar cell can absorb. This excess energy is lost as heat. In silicon solar panels, which are the most common, this fundamental limit is about 29%. Once assembled into a panel, there are additional efficiency losses through various mechanisms. Currently, the most efficient solar panels on the market make use of about 21 percent of the sun’s energy, and they are not cheap. High-efficiency silicon cells are currently very expensive. Beside, only people who have much money could afford it, but let us take a look another side, how can people which do not have enough money can buy the solar panels?. It is impossible to them to have solar panels after all.

In the other side, Solar energy cannot be used in unstable weather, for example, when the day is raining, we absolutely cannot produce the solar energy by using solar panel properly because it only can capture a little sunlight or even not at all. Meanwhile, the sun does not shine 24 hours a day. When the sun goes down or heavily shaded, solar PV panels stop producing electricity. We know that, the solar panel will not work properly if there is much less sunlight. Beside, we only can use the solar panels in the day but not in the night. So, that is why we have to charge the panels along the day in order to can be used in the night. In this case, we may not use solar panels as efficient as possible because of unpredictable weather.

Most of the photovoltaic panels are made up of silicon and other toxic metals like mercury, lead and cadmium. These compounds absolutely can create some infections to human life. There will be diseases occur, such as hydragyria or mercuralism, minamata disease, poisoning, and many others. Pollution in the environment can also degrade the quality and efficiency of photovoltaic cells.

As conclusion, the solar energy system brings more harm than good. Firstly, the manufacture of solar panel is expensive. It needs a lot of funds to make solar panels in order to generate some energy into electricty. Secondly, this energy is unable to be used in unstable weather, it only can be used in the day or when there is much sunlight to capture. So, it proves that we cannot use this energy effeciently. Lastly, the solar panel is unsafe, which means that it is dangerous to human life because solar panel has photovoltaic panels which are made up of sillicon and other toxic metals. These compounds will endanger the consumers. Considering to this matter, we should not focus on development of solar energy system due to it only can bring more harm to humankind. Beside, it can also cause economic problem. This matter must be concerned by all countries because it will influence all the sector entirely.

Should laws regarding conservation of natural resources be made universal throughout the world?

In recent years, we are always relying on natural resources in our lives to fulfill our needs. Natural resources appear naturally in environments that exist comparatively with humanity. A natural resource is usually characterized by numbers of biodiversity and geodiversity existent in ecosystem. The world’s natural resources are limited, which means that if we use them frequently, we finally exhaust them. The basic observation is unavoidable. In another way of looking at this issue are much more relevant to considering people’s welfare. Our exhaustible and non-renewable natural resources when measured in terms of their prospective contribution to human welfare, can actually increase annually, perhaps never coming anywhere near exhaustion ( Blackman, S., & Baumol, W ). However, each country has their own opinions and policies on this issue. Although conserving natural resources  have detrimental factor such as  different point of views , we support this motion because natural resources bring some benefits such as preserving a healthy environment, a balanced environment and job opportunities.
However, during this time, these resources are going to be exhausted and unbalance. This may be caused by uncontrolable exploitation. For instance, according to McDermott ( 2007 ), there are horrible deforestations in ten countries such as Nigeria (36%), Indonesia (26%), Honduras (37%), Philippines (32%), Benin (31%), Gana (28%), Nepal (25%), North Korea (25%), Equador (22%), and Haiti (22%). This event will bring more harm if we do not take any actions to take care of it. This case is not only happening in a country, but in worldwide as well. Therefore, all countries need to conserve natural resources to avoid extinction.

The conservation of our natural resources and their proper use constitute the fundamental problem which underlies almost every other problem of our national life

 Theodore Roosevelt.

Of late, we always get environmental problems such as deforestation, air pollution, global warming, and so on. Deforestation causes large amounts of carbon dioxide to be released into the atmosphere which at a time was carbon neutral because it was contained within plant life, but now contributes to global warming. Causing rises in the earth's atmospheric temperature melting the ice caps, causing a sudden drastic in sea levels. Meanwhile, air pollution creates some infections to humans life such as asthma, TBC, lung cancer and many more. So that is why we need to keep our environment clean and healthy. This issue is a global concern because it is so vital. Beside, the effect will be spread out globally and influence to all countries in the world. Considering to this matter, we need to conserve as well as possible due to prevent the deforestation.
As we know that, natural resources involve water, land, forest, fossil fuel, and so on which means that we need to keep the resources in order to keep a balanced ecosystem. Can we imagine if one of them disappears? The ecosystem will be unbalance and affected because of it. We have heard from news on internet, television, or newspaper that most of people are accustomed to destroy all over the forest in order to open a new land for making farmland, buildings, resorts, and many more. This case definitely interrupts the ecosystem because so many problems occur such as most of animals which are used to live in forest have to be driven out of their natural habitat and eventually, they will be a threat for human life. Although, by doing this could keep the ecosystem balance and safe. However, it will require a lot of funds to conserve the natural resources and this case should be a great concern to every country as well.
Another benefit that we can obtain from conserving natural resources is that we could get job opportunities. It means that this act could give some jobs for those who have basic about this matter and also, for those are unemployed for such a long time. So, by doing this, the numbers of unemployment rate will be decreased and indirectly, this way can enhance the economic system of the country. Jobs which are related to natural resources tend to focus on employment opportunities leaning towards outdoor field work and the resources professions. There are so many opportunities for those who study in biotechnology, environmental engineering, biochemistry, ecology and land management, natural resources and conservation policy, watershed management, wildlife conservation parks management and many others.
The conservation of natural resources is definitely vital, because we need to keep the natural resources away from complete exhausted. As we know, natural resources are limited and non-renewable. Can we imagine if natural resources are depleted and none of energy that we can use forward? If this happens, it will be a big problem to every country, like getting economic problems. For example, we are so dependant on fossil fuels. However, fossil fuels is limited and need a long time to be produced. Meanwhile, our needs become higher and none of energy can be used as alternative way. In the other words, each and every country should share same policy of conserving natural resources in order to be made universal and indirectly, we can save the world.
Taking all this into consideration, laws should regarding conservation of natural resources be made universal throughout the world because it is a global matter and it is absolutely very essential. There are some benefits that we can get from this act. Firstly, we can keep our environment safe and healthy. Second, we can keep the ecosystem balance and controlable. Lastly, doing this act, we also can take some job opportunities which are provided for those who have basic on it and this could maintain the existence of natural resources continuously. According to Matthews (1908), President Roosevelt’s plan was to hold all continuing public property and develop it on a more or less socialistic basic. He planned to direct the organization of public sentiment, and formulation of laws by all resources, whether in land or in water, whether national, state, or private, shall be directed in a way to preserve intact or to increase the principal of them, and to give to each succeeding generation a larger wealth from the interest. In addition, I strongly believe that conserving the natural resources should be made universal in order to save the world entirely.

HOW SEX REPRODUCTION CREATES GENETIC VARIATION

Sexual reproduction increase genetic variation in offspring. Which in turn increase the genetic variability in species. You can see the effects of this genetic variability if you look at the children in a large familyand note how each person in unique you know ( not to mention, all the families of all the sexually reproducing organisms on earth ). And you begin to get a feel for dramatic genetic impact of sexual reproduction.

MUTATION

DNA polymerase occasionally makes uncorrected mistakes when copying a cell's genetic information during DNA replication. These mistakes are called spontaneous mutations and they introduce changes into genetic code.

CROSSING - OVER

When homologous chromosomes come together prophase I of meiosis, they exchange bits of DNA with each other. This crossing over result in new gene combination and new changes for variety.

INDEPENDENT ASSORTMENT

Independent assorment occurd when homologous chromosomes separate during anaphase I of meiosis.

FERTILIZATION

Fertilization presents yet another opportunity for genetic diversity. Imagine millions of genetically different sperm swimming toward an egg.

NONDISJUNCTION

Nothing's perfect, even in the cellular world, which is why sometimes meiosis doesn't separate the way they're supposed to, that's called nondisjunction.

PINK AND BLUE CHROMOSOMES

Ever wish you could've been born the opposite sex so you wouldn't have to spend so much of your budget on make up or shave your face everyday every morning?
Sorry, but that was never really your decision to make, like all others genetic characters, gender is determined at chromosomal leverl

Genetics

Genetics is the branch of biology that looks at how parents pass traits on to their offspring. It all started more than 150 years ago when a monk named Gregor Mendel conducted breeding experiments with pea plants that led him to discover the fundamental rules of inheritance. Although, Mendel worked with peas. His ideas explain a lot why you look and function the way you do.

Dogs have puppies, hens have chickens and your parents had you. What do all three sets of parents have in common?. They all passed their traits on to their offspring. Traits that are inherited from one generation to the next are called heritable traits. When living things reproduce, they make copies of their DNA. the DNA is the genetic code for the traits of organism, which means the parent's blue print. Of course, in sexually reproducing species, offspring aren't exactly like their parent for several reasons.
  • Offspring receive half of their genetic information from their father and half from their mother.
  • Even heritable characteristic can change slighty.
  • Some traits are acquired rather than inherited.
  • Some inherited traits are affected by the environment.

The sweetest lullaby

Oh. . .
It won ' t be long before your train arrives at rainy Waterloo .
It won ' t be long before you ' re leaving -
You' re leaving .
And I 'm jealous of your shoes , they take you step by step away from me .
I 'm jealous of this railway station -
Does that make me crazy?
And my worn out love -
Like the worn out strings on my favorite guitar.
And I 'm all out of words to make it better.
There' ll be no one to fight with now , you 're leaving -
No one to believe in .
There' ll be no one to dry your eyes at midnight,
On the doorsteps of London.
No more tender goodbyes,
No more wrong; no more right .
No more falling asleep to the sweetest lullaby .
La la la , la la la , la -
La la la , la la la , la .
I 'm jealous of that dress that kisses you in places they don' t see .
I 'm jealous of the plane you 're boarding, mmm .
And I despise the view from way up there that leaves me down below .
I can 't believe you 're really leaving -
Are you really leaving ?
All my worn out love -
Like a worn out song on an old 45 .
'Cause I 'm all out of words to make it better.
La la la , la la la , la .
La la la , la la la , la , singing -
La la la , la la la , la .
La la la , la la la , la .
I 'm jealous of the sun in distant harbors ,
'Cause it will wake you first.
I 'm jealous of the road you ' re walking on-
The road that takes me from you , oh. . .
It won ' t be long before her train arrives at rainy Waterloo .
It won ' t be long before she 's leaving, oh. . .
La la la , la la la , la .
La la la , la la la , la , singing -
La la la , la la la , la , oh-
La la la , la la la , la .
Ohh. . .
Ohh. . .
